    The Adirondack Plans requires the rental of the entire Lodge. Rooms & Meals Tax (9%) is additional. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. For the Adirondack Plan, the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Deposit for the Adirondack Plan is refundable if cancellation is made at least 28 days before the arrival date, less a cancellation fee of $150. Deposit for the Intimate Cabin Plan is refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days (or 28 days during peak season) before the arrival date, less a cancellation fee of $25. Peak season includes, but is not limited to holidays and foliage season.

    A note about Civil Unions: Effective September 1, 2009, Vermont's Marriage Equality Law allows Gay & Lesbian couples to marry in Vermont. Civil union licenses issued prior to September 1, 2009 will continue to be recognized. However, couples who wish to have a Civil Marriage license must apply for such a license in Vermont. MML is pleased to offer a Renewal of Vows Special.
